Okay, so even after 20 years, it IS possible to learn stuff about playing live, right? As a singer, I felt that this was NOT one of my best nights - I seemed to have a hard time hitting some of the notes.. just one of those nights.. it's cool. As a band, we've definitely been tighter, but as it turns out, it's the energy of the show that makes the night - not how tight the endings or the transitions are!! That dance floor stayed pretty full most of the time, and you all were amazing!! What a great group of friends we have! The staff at O'Kelley's was blown away by the night, because as it turns out, you all buy a lot of beer, too! Ha. This night raised our stock a bit at O'Kelley's, and I'm happy to say that they want us in regular rotation! THANK YOU, folks for coming out and hanging. We had a blast with you. And to those of you that came into town from San Diego and from Las Vegas - wow!! Thanks, and I'm happy that you all had a great time. And to our Staff Sergeant Forrest - Safe travels my brotha, and Thanks for all that you do for the Red, White, and Blue!! See you again, bro!

It's incomprehensible to me that we can have such supportive and dedicated friends and fans like we have in you all. What a GREAT night! Everybody brought their A game tonight, and we really rocked! No problems with my vocals, and I feel like I vindicated myself from last night. Real strong energy from the crowd all night long. What a great bunch of people, and a real fun show. Tevis comes out of this weekend as the MVP! He really busted his ass to pull off all of these tunes, and it really showed. I'm a lucky guy to be a part of all of this.
